How creators earn on Jolly Talk, and how and when that money reaches your bank.
Rates
Your rate is set by your creator level, from ₹3 per minute at Bronze up to ₹6 per minute at Diamond. Chat messages from users earn ₹1 to ₹2 each, also by level. Your current level, rate and what it takes to reach the next one are always shown under Levels & Rate in the app.
Rules
- 💰 Call earnings are credited once the call ends. Calls under 30 seconds aren’t paid.
- 💬 Each message a user sends you earns your level’s per-message rate. Your replies are free for you and for them.
- 🎁 Gifts count at 50% of their coin value, converted to rupees.
- ⏳ Earnings can be withdrawn as soon as they are credited.
- 🏦 Minimum withdrawal is ₹500, with one request every 24 hours. A rejected request doesn’t count towards the limit.
- 🪪 PAN and bank verification are required before your first withdrawal. The bank account must be in your name.
- 🚫 Earnings from calls reported and confirmed as policy violations are withheld.
- 🧾 Where Indian tax law requires tax to be deducted at source (TDS), it is deducted and shown on the payout.
Payouts
You request a payout from the Earnings screen whenever you like, for any amount from the minimum up to your full balance. Approved payouts are sent to your verified bank account, usually within 24 hours on working days. If a transfer fails, for example because of wrong bank details, the amount returns to your balance and you can correct the details and request again straight away.
Levels
Levels go up with completed calls, your average rating and how many calls you pick up. A higher level raises both your per-minute and per-message rates. Missing three calls in a row switches you offline, and a low pick-up rate can hold back your next level.
Withheld earnings and account closure
If a call or chat is confirmed as a violation of our Go Live Policy or Community Guidelines, the earnings from it are withheld. Accounts closed for serious violations, including anything covered by our Child Safety Standards, forfeit their unpaid balance.
Changes
We may change rates or rules; we’ll tell you in the app before a change takes effect, and it never reduces money you have already earned.
