Enter the mobile number of the account. If it has a Jolly Talk account we send it a code by SMS, to make sure the request comes from the owner.
What is deleted
Your phone number, name, gender, date of birth, city, avatar, bio, interests, languages, creator profile and photos, Google sign-in link, devices, favourites, blocks, notifications, the messages you sent (the other person sees “Message deleted”), the text of your support tickets, your call reviews, creator application details and voice sample, KYC documents and bank details. Unused coins and unpaid earnings are lost.
What is kept, and why
Coin purchases, the coin and earnings ledgers, call and gift records and withdrawals are kept under a number that no longer identifies you, because GST and income-tax law require them (up to 8 years). For creators who had TDS deducted, the PAN and the name on it are kept for TDS records. Reports made about an account are kept for safety.
When
The account is signed out at once and erased 30 days after the request. Signing in again within those 30 days cancels the deletion.
